It covers hospital stays, fractures, dislocations, ER visits, ambulance, physical therapy, and more. The money goes to you, not the hospital. If an accident puts you in the hospital, you receive $300-$500 per day for inpatient stays and $600-$1,000 per day for ICU — paid for up to 15 days per ICU confinement. These benefits are paid in addition to what health insurance covers. Even a 3-day hospital stay generates $900-$1,500 in cash benefits.

The Injury Benefit Schedule

Every covered injury has a specific dollar amount. Hip fracture: $2,400-$4,800. Knee dislocation: $1,500-$3,000. Burns over 36 sq inches: $5,000-$10,000. The schedule covers fractures (16 types), dislocations (9 types), lacerations, concussions, coma, and even emergency dental. No guesswork — you know exactly what you'll receive.

Built into every policy: $50,000-$150,000 for accidental death (adult), with enhanced benefits for common carrier accidents (planes, trains) up to double.
