June Life Insurance is operated by June Marcia Williams, an independent licensed life insurance agent (NPN: 17209549) doing business in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. This website is managed by Call Charlie Holdings LLC. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to June Life Insurance and its management company.

New Jersey Residents

Virginia Residents
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain your data, as well as opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling. Florida Residents
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (effective July 1, 2024) applies to companies meeting certain thresholds. While we may fall below those thresholds as an independent agent, we voluntarily extend the same protections — access, deletion, correction, and opt-out rights — to all Florida residents.
Pennsylvania & Maryland Residents
While these states do not currently have comprehensive consumer data privacy laws, we apply the same protections described in this policy to all customers equally, regardless of state of residence. Your GLBA rights remain fully applicable.
